Amneris Villa

Amneris Villa is the largest Villa of the complex as it occupies 190sqm, it has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is features spacious rooms, delicate luxury and exceptional amenities that will offer you unique moments of comfort, relaxation and wellness.

The first level accommodates a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, entertainment area and sauna. It is ideal for your teenagers, as they will not get bored, for the member of your personal security and care, as well as for those who seek isolation for a few hours from the rest of the household. Due to its underground construction, it is considered as the coolest level of the villa. It is communicating with the other two levels via an outdoor staircase.

The bedroom area is composed of 2 single beds that can be converted into double beds, a boudoir with a mirror that can be used as an office, an open closet with storage compartments, a smart TV 32inches and an en-suite bathroom with a waterfall shower and designer self-care products.

The entertainment area will offer you moments of fun and relaxation while watching movies on the home cinema with the Smart TV 65inches, playing video games on the Playstation or listening to music via Bluetooth on the wireless speaker, which can be carried around the rest of the rooms as well. Additionally, just like in this area and other areas of the villa there is the ability for a wired connection to the internet as well as a continuous connection to the Wi-Fi.

The second level stands at the height of the garden and the astonishing pool. It hosts the open-plan area of the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, a spacious bathroom, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven with cooking stoves, providing comfortable space for you to prepare every meal. You can eat at the dining table of the residence choose the dining table at the garden. The dishwasher will eliminate the extra time you would spend in the kitchen.
