The first level hosts a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an entertainment area, and a sauna room. It is ideal for your teenagers, as they won’t get bored, for members of your personal security and care, and for those who seek isolation for a few hours from the rest of the household. Due to its underground construction, it is considered as the coolest level of the villa. It’s connected with the other two levels via an outdoor staircase.

The bedroom area is composed of 2 single beds that can be converted into double beds, a boudoir with a mirror that can be used as an office, an open closet with storage compartments, a smart TV 32-inches and an en-suite bathroom with a waterfall shower and designer self-care products.

The entertainment area was designed to offer a complete relaxation on the large sofa and peak enenjoyment through the electronic carefully selected devices, such as the home cinema with the Smart TV 75 inches, the renowned gaming console Playstation, and a wireless speaker that connects via Bluetooth and can be taken to the other areas of the villa. Additionally, both in this area and other areas of the villa, there is the ability for a wired connection to the internet as well as a continuous connection to the Wi-Fi.
